The problem had not shown itself long enough to be seen or diagnosed at the dealership until now. I’m roughly one week beyond my basic warranty. I’d like to try to get help from Ford on this but cannot send them a direct message. Any tips on pursuing this with them?

One other member said they pulled the instrument panel, unplugged it, and plugged it back in. Then it worked again. That’s the only thing left for me to try before replacing the panel.

I have a 22 Lariat Hybrid and lately when we have temp drops my main center instrument panel display is gone. Later when the day warms up a bit it’s back. Has anyone else seen this issue and could it be tied to a new recall addressing a display issue?
