    The cable can detach from the back and just has to be reseated in the release handle. It can happen if you used the hood struts.

    Just generic T-taps, I'm always going to suggest getting or making a plug and play harness though.

    Could be a different material that the molded ones I went with using ford points. But those are $120 for front and back instead of $540.
