Actually I was getting 33 - 35 mpg in the ecoB. City, not so much, but my city is 1.6 miles any direction. Small town, short drive.

So I am looking at this truck like my electric bill/heat in the winter time, Nov - March. My bill is approx. $210 a month, but hold on, the other months of the year, it goes down to a reasonable amount. I just have to suffer through the cold months to achieve a better outcome.

You said you averaged 40 mpg around town. Is it strickly a town truck where you cannot get the mileage you want out of town? I believe so. I have not gotten over 31 mpg, in the city or the road. And it isn't the cold weather. And it isn't my driving. If I knew it was to be used in the city...

Yeah, if I was getting 35 I would be sortof happy, but getting 29 - 31, I am pissed. And I am doing everything suggested on this forum. It just sucks to get lousy mpg's.

I have a 25' AWD hybrid XLT, as most know. I am pretty much fed up with lousy mpg with this hybrid. This is why I bought the hybrid, to save on gas usage, but that is not happening. I am getting about 29 mpg. I have put gas in it three times, checking the mileage and it is not promising...

You have to get what you want first or you may regret it. Going back for the ones you really want is a hard task, but be happy you made a good choice.

I like the wheels. Good option, only for me, I don't care for more to have to clean. The more spokes, the more I have to get a brush in there, that is what I don't care for. But yours do look great.
