..... and it aligns with your dealer having allocations. ALL parts could be there, but your dealer isn't in the right part of the cycle. Then... when the dealer IS.... all parts aren't there, or..... there are vehicles in the dealer system ahead of yours.
I'm right there with you. 4k XLT Area 51. My only constraint items would be full size spare (which I saw on scheduled today) and the rubberized mats(not constrained). This is truly getting frustrating. This is the type of day where these vehicles should have been scheduled. Order date of 10/8.
I sent an email off to FORD today. The January builds pushed me over the edge. I have to say this:
If you ordered a Mav in January, and got scheduled today. I am in no way upset with you! I'm very happy for you, I'm super excited for you, but it should not have happened... and that's on...
I've been waiting on a build date for EB 4k XLT since Oct 8. It all depends on if your dealer has allocations and how many are in line before you at the dealer. GOOD LUCK TODAY!
Sorry you got schedule changes. I ordered mine beginning of Oct and still no build date due to the dealer still having Mav's in line ahead of me. EB 4K XLT in Area 51
Without question those are mavericks. Basing this on the bed size in proportion to the rest of the truck. A couple thousand... which really is less than 2 weeks production right?
That is not gospel. I do remember FoMoCo saying that at the beginning of this whole process, but as usual, it’s all fluid. Reality is though, some dealers are getting dealer stock while reservations and retail orders sit in limbo.
