Top notch service from start to finish! I highly recommend them! Huge difference in the look of the truck before and after. All in all, never doing this before, it took about an hour to do all of it.
Yes, there's a screw port on the side of the door with a rubber cap in it, I believe you can find youtube videos detailing how to use that to remove the handles, super easy without taking anything else apart.
A few people talk about messing them up and having a hell of a time getting them back together, so I was a little scared. Lol
Not that I think it matters given the question but IF someone were to have the proximity key door handles you DO need to take the door panels off before removing the door handles since there is a wire connection to the door handle. Just wanted to clarify so nobody with a proximity key breaks anything when they see this and decide to remove a door handle for some reason
I can’t control if someone will break something or not….. but, from what I’ve seen on videos there is a plug on the end of them and you simply unplug it.
