I have a 2022 XLT and the alternator has a whining sound when I start up cold. Seems to go away after warming up a bit. Does anyone else experience this? Thx

Alternator or belt?
I thought the Alternator usage was setup such that to reduce load on an open loop cold engine, it was not enabled, at least from the start. But the belt would still be moving.
And belts will react the same way for noise. Until constant noise.
I may be thinking of another maker's vehicles.
Simple test if you got someone to start it - while you watch the alternator inners if you can for actually spinning - or perhaps you can see the backside of the clutch for post spinning.

Can you post a sound clip? Could it be the HPFP? My high pressure fuel pump is loud until it warms up, then its relatively quiet.
