Looks good! I was just getting ready to paint my mirror caps. I'm going to look into getting them wrapped. Any idea on cost? I've already got about $65 invested in adhesion promoter, primer, base coat and clear!

I'm just getting PPF, which is clear, just to protect the paint. I was quoted no more than a hundred to have it installed. I was also quoted 100 bucks to paint them professionally, and to tell you the truth after spending all the money on supplies I should've just had them done.

by installed, do you mean these are stick on covers, or did you remove and replace? I'm looking to paint mine a different color and hoping someone has instructions on the removal process.

Thank you very much. It sounds about as difficult as I imagined. When I installed my fog lights I left the grill bar separated from the grill until I get around to painting it.

I did mine as well.. MY2024 Lariat w/ BAP... so the Mirror skulls/caps come glossy black. It's more work than you would think to remove them... Only did it becuase of recent repair work meant we were tackling the difficult Hot Pepper Red paint. I found a YouTube video that was useful for the steps and warnings it gave for removal.

Honestly, don't attempt it unti watching this video... It wouldn't have been my first choice, but it turned out to be the perfect tutorial for removing/installing the caps. His candor is priceless as it prevented me from making a few errors.



Little scary to pop off that glass and then start disconnecting wires undoing clips, screws, more clips and working everything off without breaking it... (again video helps)

They came out fantastic. I am really pleased.. it definitely improves the fit and finish of my Maverick.

Thought about doing the grill cross bar as we removed everything for the Dynamic Diode Elite Fog lights, but in the end decided to leave a bit of the BAP for the front end as it blends well with the darkened logo.
