How many miles did you do on your first trip?
I dont have the miles on me at the moment. But we started in Granger Iowa, drove up to Wisconsin, came down the Mississippi till Arkansas, crossed down into the Bayou, hit the gulf coast at the Texas border, folled it to the other border, followed that border to New Mexico, hid from the heat in Carlsbad caverns, went straight up through Roswell and Santa Fe all the way up high into Durango, cut across to Moab, followed the canyons of the Colorado river till we hit 120 degrees south of lake Havasu then jumped over the dunes and headed straight for San Diego. Gave it a wash there and put it on the boat headed for Maui. I could check another time but I believe it was between 4-5000 miles.

Just curious, I followed your trip when you did it. I'm trying to get down to Big Bend and do the jeep badge of honor trail. Unfortunately I hurt my back in the gym and now have sciatica is killing me on long car rides.

Nice, you’ll love it, you’ll get 27-28 mpg after a few thousand on hi way, they say the spring set up is different for a smoother ride, I have no complaints, had for a yr now at 9 thous. mile. Gas gauge read out very accurate, just put 4 thous mile trip, no complaints, AC venting little minimum seems like, as my sister questioned me on that on her hybrid, but will live through it, ha
You must drive better than me because I'm seeing more like 23-24 mpg after 5k miles.

I was sitting on the porch when i read this so instead of going through the interwebs to look for it, I just walked out to the truck and checked my handy mileage book. The last entry before I put it on the boat was July 2nd 2023. It had 4621 miles on it. That was after 21 days of ownership.

Very cool trip.
It so was. Cant remember which I liked better the walking barefoot in the snow at 11,000ft or trying to clean the windshield before the fluid evaporated in 120 degree heat. Probably the hot tub time under the stars in Durango with my loving wife Josi(with the Tremor parked covered in mud 20ft away of course).
