I was going to try to remember to bring some stick-on name tags if anyone is interested. If people think that is silly, or have concerns about being photographed/identified outside the group, that's fine and we can skip it.

But my thought process was that between forum aliases and just meeting 20+ people all at once, I don't think I can identify more than 1 or 2 people that were there last time... Heck, I think I sat next to you at lunch and never even realized it.

Haha. I have remembered faces better than names from meet to meet. One thing that might help is joining the DFW Ford Maverick group on Facebook. At least the names are real.

Was not me but we did have someone on the Forum ask.
I have no problem taking a tour of DFW though. It will be good for some but others not so much.

My memory is apparently faulty, lol. I already posted the meet for Fort Worth next time. We could take requests for future meets beyond that, though.

No worries. I was in on the thread and may have mentioned it. I’m old and forget what I do And say a lot.
i am pretty sure it was someone in Ft Worth that worked Saturdays and couldn’t make the drive in time.

we give it a shot, if it works, great. If not, back to Irving.

I'm not contemplating a permanent move. Just changing it up now and then. We've already got 13 in the DFW Ford Maverick Facebook group saying they're going and 11 "maybes."

It was me that requested it. DFW is so big it realistically it’s going to be a longer drive for many either way. It seemed worth trying on this side because there are lots of Mavericks here also. When you factor in an hour drive each way it’s a big portion of the day so I assume there will be a different crowd and some newcomers including me coming this time. We will see. Looking forward to it.

Someone who was in attendance at the last meet suggested Fort Worth, too. We also had a suggestion here in the forum for Rowlett/Rockwall. As you said, DFW is pretty big.
