My truck will be velocity blue but I think a better name for it would have been Electric Blue with the way they glow.

My 2018 F150 was called Lightening Blue, similar to the Maverick's Velocity Blue.

Ordering my Velocity Blue today and have a question on rear suspension options. Do I need to get FX4 to get independent multi-link rear suspension if already getting Lariat AWD 2.0 Ecoboost with 4k towing?

Guys and Gals, tell me what you think about the carbon fibre trim pieces made to fit the 2021 Escape which apparently will fit my Velocity Blue XL.

Or other dash/console trim

Some of these may be in color. Course, have to wait until fit for XL is verified.

I am way late in the game. Ordered my Velocity Blue Lariat on Oct. 25th, Hybrid, Lux package. I sold my 2018 F150 Crew Cab and recently retired. Wife and I are sharing her 2013 Buick Encore, which me being 6'4", fit ok. I did manage to sit in an XL Maverick to see how much room I had. I wanted the moon roof, but losing 2" of headroom, did not order it. Any guess when I'll see mine delivered? I'm thinking April???

I have watched so many YouTube video's on the Maverick. I am excited about this truck and the gas mileage it will provide. But a AWD FX4 would have been nice, with a lift kit ... but now that I am retired, fixed budget, have to restrain myself

I’ve have had mine for a week and just got my tint and new tires put on today, so it feels like it’s time to show. 25% front window tint and 235 Toyo AT3s. Love the look of the tires and once I put some mileage on them, I’ll have a better idea of how they effect handling and mpg.

I’m now debating on removing the fx4 sticker or replacing it with a black one. Then the next project is blacking out the silver grille bar and building a storage system in the back seat. We’ll see how much I can get accomplished in the next few weekends.

Loving the Velocity Blue, it’s great looking in all weather conditions (it’s been rainy and stormy all day in the pnw but it still looks nice!)

The center console and HVAC cluster ones wouldn't work. The Maverick is shaped differently in those areas.

Loved the lightning blue on my 2018 f150
I never got tired of that color.The Mav xlt hybrid I ordered is velocity blue.Cant wait!

Great great look….did your road noise go up much? Right now these look to be the tires I’m targeting. Also, would you share pricing of the tires?

Road noise didn’t make a noticeable change but I also have the Lariat so it has a a quieter cabin. They seem to be quieter than the 265 Wildpeaks I had on my old Ranger though. I went to Discount Tire, $178 each.

I drove all of 300 miles with the stock Pirellis though. I primarily wanted to get something that was snow rated and that I could bash into curbs without worrying (a big difference in SL and XL load rating) and of course the upgraded look is nice too. My mpg barely changed as well (60/40 city driving I’m averaging 25 with them).

I did see a red and a brilliant blue while I was doing my search. I'm sure you can/or will be able to get any color that you want eventually. I like the carbon fibre because of the interior color of my XL. I also wouldn't mind a rosewood wood grain stained black.
