Confirmation of MY25 Order?

Has anyone gotten an e-mail from Ford letting them know their MY25 order was received? Should we?

I went to the dealership last Thursday at 9:00am and gave them my build (order bank wasn't open yet), and they sent me a picture of a folder as confirmation. I figured Ford would e-mail me something, but I haven't gotten anything yet.

I haven't gotten one yet either. I don't think many people have for the 25 Maverick orders.
That may change after 24 order banks close for retail orders (Aug 9th)?

Thanks. I actually got my order # from the salesman, and Ford Co. confirmed they have the order.

So I'm 6 months ahead of where I was in '21. I ordered the Maverick at the end of June, and Ford Co. had no record of my order until I finally called them in January, 2022. It's the first time I had ever ordered a car, and I didn't think to verify the order with Ford Co. You live & learn.

I'm glad you were able to get the confirmation! I also ordered my first in June of 21!

I work at a dealership and enter my own orders in WBDO, so I know mine are in. The confirmation emails from Ford only happen if the customers email is entered in a certain place in WBDO.
I know that mine was entered, and still no email confirmation for me.

Just chiming in to say that I did get confirmation from my dealer (forwarded me the email from Ford), but I haven't gotten the direct email from Ford yet.

I ordered August 2nd and got that forwarded email on August 5th.

I'm glad you were able to get the confirmation! I also ordered my first in June of 21!

But seriously. Is your Receipt Date the same as the day you ordered it or is it the day after? I placed my order on 8/1, but the receipt date on the order page is 8/2. I'm curious if my dealer waited until the next day to place the order.

Looks like the day after. The time of preview is when the preview was generated. The receipt is when the order was received by Ford. Minor changes shouldn't effect that date...but changing engine or trim level will.
