Can’t agree much more , beside upper grill got a whole weird section for acc that could have been integrated without all the ugly horizontals added at the bottom . But overall underbite added flap of plastic look.
maybe it will grow on me , if you chop the upper bumper cover at its lower apex line horizontal to the tire , add a tube bumper with aluminum skid plate to lower engine skid ( slotted for intercooler , integrate the marker lights up higher and change the approach angle to 15 additional degrees and make a 31” tire optional !
That would be cool for most sign and drive crowds!
A lockable front diff would take it over the top !!!
Maybe some company like Mabett can devise some graphics that look like fake headlights for that area. Something like the Tesla model 3 fake grill graphic.

Still, WTF with that updated fascia. Inspiration from the current F150 should have been beneficial.

There is a possibility that the blank-spot facia we’re seeing on these “leaked” but intentionally-not camouflaged test vehicles will not be the final iteration.

They certainly strike me as unfinished design and could actually be place holder pieces produced, prepped, & painted individually for use while the final version molds are finished and injection molded production starts.

What do you think, @fordvideoguy ? Makes sense that an actual refresh would bring the front clip presence more on theme with the ‘24 Ranger.

This body panel below the grille, which is the only real "Major"change to the Mav's looks. Is just an inexpensive upgrade.
Though if the panel is just a urethane piece. There should be ample room behind it, to install the desireable "Fog Lights".. That I agree, should be a "Standard Featrue" on the Tremor trim level.. ;)

An after-market replacement item could be created (though that might be $$$).
The Tow-hooks are in the desireable spot for the Fog Lights...

That would be nice but I have a feeling this is what we will get…

Plus no fog lights shown
on other models leaked ?
There were OEM fog lights on this black version, but the wheels were the big distraction:

Unfortunately that is wishful thinking. It would be very unusual for the same exact cosmetic part to be fully exposed to the public in a half-dozen finished colors if it was going to look different later. It's kinda late in the game, anyway.

As people have said in other threads, there is "some" family resemblance to the Ranger, but to me it looks like this MY25 Maverick leans towards BEV design cues with its increasingly opaque front end. There might not be a fully electric version any time soon, but it may at least be a design trend that Ford is trying to play along with.

I'm not sure, it does seems weird that they are doing a reveal with media when they already have what seems to be completely uncovered. Maybe what we are seeing isn't what it will be. They could be testing the community for feedback. We are only a couple weeks away from knowing for sure.

What kind of tires you running..they look good
They are a 255/75/17 BFG Mud Terrain currently .
The goal being a 285/75/17 in the next couple months with about 3” more height and 6-7” more width !

I don't mind it. The MY25 Lariats seem to look better because of the upmarket-ish grilles and headlights.

I don't think that graphic along the rocker panel does it any favors, though. If it was a visual trick to try and make the Tremor look more lifted, it's a fail.

Speaking of fails - no fog lights on a Lariat Tremor? 🤨
That graphic is the same as the 23 and 24

Yep, you're right. It must be more innocuous on those models because I can't say I ever noticed it. I still think it's unnecessary.

Doesn't stand out on mine as it's a Shadow black tremor I plan on changing it to something else down the line

Just use some :) stickers to make it look like some KC foglights!
