It is good but I think 5 foot would be perfect. I have had a bunch of stuff including my favorite ladder that was a inch or so to large to have with the tailgate closed..

I laughed at this.I sure love me some gutter humor. But alas, I did not get it either.
The diff cover looked off probably because of the angle and the 4 lug had me guessing the 7.5 unit. Otherwise I would have guessed the 8.8, not a lot of 4 lug housings with a triangulated control arm setup in the axle world. Had to be aGood eye and close 8.8.

Nice. One day I might have a hot car again. The Maverick in my avatar had a real nice AFR headed 86 306ci block. Can’t wait to get it cleaned up and in, and I’ll move on to motor and tranny.
Everything is a compromise. The bed is the perfect size for 99% of my needs. But I did come across that other 1% when I trimmed my tree last week. A deeper and longer bed would have been nice to hold more tree trimmings.
Depends what your using it for , for my needs I can’t complain a bit , but if your in a construction job this may not be your truck. I tell everyone that asks I get 30 plus miles to the gallon, it’s fun to drive and I have a bed . I cant ask for more.I mean, the bed size is "OK" but far from perfect. I would have preferred a full size bed...

Oh I’d love some afr heads , maybe down the road . They are so expensive unless you find used ones, they still aren’t cheap. I’m just doing a basic rebuild on a 302 for now, the car is a 4 cylinder and converting to a v8.Nice. One day I might have a hot car again.
