The guys gonna hit something. Why do you feel that it be an inanimate object instead of another person is a horrible wish?Far be it from me to wish something so horrible on anyone, but sometimes I wish idiots like this would just hit the guard rail instead of someone else... Could have been deadly for someone we love...
Lol. Nobody’s talking about the guy with the first door ding.He may have ordered the full size spare so that could be your 4th wheel. LoL.
I guess if you are going to be the first person to wreck a new model vehicle, GO BIG!
Me too. Sad old man bonus points for knowing it was Jane Fonda in the role.Referencing Barberella sure does call attention to your age...but then I got it.
A sad attempt to twist this around. A guy’s life is forever altered.Yes, yes you should have. Many people handle tragedy that way and it in no way indicates their level of compassion towards the victims.
Indulging a dark sense of humor doesn't necessarily indicate a lack of empathy. If we knew that the injured's family or friends were on this forum, these comments would be in bad taste. But we have no reason to think that's the case.Damn, so many callous comments and jokes here. Hard to teach empathy, compassion, and sympathy. But just imagine if this was someone who you loved before posting stupid crap.
I have empathy and compassion but maybe in a different order than you. I’m glad the guy wasn’t killed because it wouldn’t take much more to get there. But then in order of empathy I feel for the truck driver in that I hope he has plenty of insurance if he’s an owner/op, that he doesn’t work for a company that will pull him from service/fire him for being involved in a crash. Sure would hate to see his family struggle. I hope Todd doesn’t have loved ones that will struggle while he recovers. THEN…. I hope that Todd gets some help with his drinking and driving problems.Damn, so many callous comments and jokes here. Hard to teach empathy, compassion, and sympathy. But just imagine if this was someone who you loved before posting stupid crap.
You are correct. That is the trained response.I thought the proper response when an oncoming vehicle is in your lane is to always pull to the right. That way if the other driver comes to their senses in time they can pull back towards their lane.
Harsh, dude.What a low life!!
They should teach this better in drivers training, it would probably save a lot of accidents.I thought the proper response when an oncoming vehicle is in your lane is to always pull to the right. That way if the other driver comes to their senses in time they can pull back towards their lane.
Years back they did. Nowadays the proper response is "LOL, driver training?!"They should teach this better in drivers training, it would probably save a lot of accidents.
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone". Ain't no rocks in my pocket.Praying our Heavenly Father will help heal him and help him with anything mentally that put him in this situation. I pray in Jesus name!
I wonder how much empathy and compassion would be garnered if some family member of the OP was killed or seriously injured by some young punk who was most likely drunk off his butt.Damn, so many callous comments and jokes here. Hard to teach empathy, compassion, and sympathy. But just imagine if this was someone who you loved before posting stupid crap.
