My truck has not worked since Saturday. Just tried some of the trucks coming to my dealer and they worked.

Mine isn't working either. Got notice on Sunday that my build got moved from 11/1 to 11/8 and the tracking hasn't worked since. As near as I can tell the system no longer recognizes the VIN.

Just tried to check our VINS, and it froze. Cleared Chrome's cache. Still frozen. Best uneducated guess is that it might not be working.

This is common and happened to me weekly throughout the order build process. Next time, just try again later in the day. My guess is they are adding/updating information. Not a big deal at all.

The Ford Order Tracking tool is down regularly. Why? Because Ford doesn't care. Nobody upkeeps it, so their website is only available when they feel like it. Hopefully my truck is built better than the Tracking website.

The tracker is working on here, but not working at this time on fords entrance.
