I don’t recall if MAV and music displays on screen when I had my Lariat. With an XL on order for daughter I’m wondering how the phone interfaces with vehicle. Just sound and charging or does it show on display like other Fords.

CarPlay or Android auto should be the same. Lariat gets better graphics and data display.

I have XLT and it is wired only for CarPlay. I like it because it keeps my phone charged too!

It is also wired only for Android Auto, unless you add a wireless adapter.

Android Auto and apple car play work on all trim levels of the Maverick, using a USB-C cable or wireless adapter.
Bluetooth phone calls & your music player of choice will also work wirelessly on all trim levels and both phone Operating Systems, without adapters.
