Lariat Key Fob- no longer unlocks the doors, when I touch door handle

Fob does work all other functions............(door locks do open when the button on the Key Fob is pressed)

MY 22, correct? Which side is not working or do both not work?

If it's the driver's side, there's an SSM to update the BCM as they can stop working. Alternatively if you go into the vehicle settings on the instrument cluster and disable and then re-enable Intelligent Access that should fix it.

2022 Maverick - Front Driver Door Can Not Be Unlocked Using Intelligent Access - Built On Or Before 13-May-2022

Some 2022 Maverick vehicles built on or before 13-May-2022 may exhibit a condition where the front driver door can not be unlocked using the intelligent access (passive entry feature). This may be due to the software in the body control module (BCM). To correct the condition, reprogram the BCM module using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 15604 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

If it's just the Passenger side and you aren't getting interior lights when you open the door it could be Deep Sleep due to the battery charge being low.

Was it raining? Water on the doors effect this function.

There is a reset! Happened to mine as soon as I bought it and has not happened since.

Disengage it in the instrument cluster, then re-engage it.

One of my 2 key fobs the does the same thing and more! It will only set off the alarm... and nothing else. I tried a new battery and it worked normally to lock and unlock the doors twice and that was it I have a mobile appointment next week for the turn signal recall and they will also look into this issue.
