It was supposed to be in your glovebox, according to Ford. When you pull the small covers off the inner rear fender you'll find the mating plug there and ready for your DIY creations.

That's the power lead for the CHCC valve (Cylinder Head Critical Cooling). It's for the signal to open the valve and allow coolant to circulate thru the head.
