How to cleaverly store a full sized jack in the Maverick?

My concerns would be keeping it from becoming a projectile during a crash so I'd be thinking about keeping it from moving in all three directions (side to side, front to back, up and down).

yes and luckily the bed liner has ridges that will stop it moving side to side. perhaps ill just fab something up and see if it works. thank you for your help

well maybe someone has something built in the bed where its easy to access and doesn't slide around, or maybe it fits in the under seat storage. anything that makes it easy to access and easy to store when you still want to use the storage for other things in my mind is considered "clever". you obviously knew exactly what I meant with that spelling mistake, if you didn't then I feel bad for you. if your not going to be helpful in this forum which is what it was intended for then maybe don't say anything. its a lot easier to be nice to people than to be an ass. if your referring to this thread as the room, well...I created this room specifically asking for help and I never once said you don't help people, I said you posted a comment on here that wasn't helpful. its ok to not know something, you don't have to get all butt hurt about it and over compensate by pointing out a minor spelling mistake. that is not helping anyone

why do you think this is the wrong forum? i was under the impression that the reason for this forum was to learn about the maverick and converse/share info with other mav owners?
what seems ridiculous to you may be important to other people but perspective is not easy to grasp

You are taking about a floor jack? Is this something you want to have all the time? Do you need to regularly use the bed for other things and if so,

I cannot imagine fitting a floor jack under the rear seats. There are basically a few cubbies under there but not a large continuous space.

Also, your floor jack must be a lot lighter than mine! I would not want to lift that thing up and down or ever have to carefully set it down in the truck. I think mine is around 100lb.

Mine is pretty close to 100lb too, I still wondering why I always buy stuff 5 leagues above my needs. Now i have a new truck and none use for such a heavy jack.

This section is for vehicles with modifications, not questions
If there is no section specific to your question I’d think the general topics section….
Maybe the one talking about the bed mods since that is really the only place a 3 ton jack would fit?
