Feel free to get seat memory to work
The 23 Bronco Sports have it so I’m sure it’s something simple (once you get your heated power seats to work)

I looked into the wiring once.
First, the current Mav power seats cannot be used. Their seat motors do not have the necessary sensors. So you have to swap the seat bottoms with something like an Escape.
The extra seat wires runs through a module in the door. Not sure if the current Lariat door module would work, or if it too needs to be swapped. Either way, need to run a set of wires from seat the module.
The door module controls the power mirror; which is part of seat memory. As far as I can tell, the Lariat does not have the sensors to know the mirror position. So I’m not sure if it would constantly move the mirror (and probably break it) or if it would just think it was already at the position.
Assuming you want a factory look, the seat memory buttons include the door lock/unlock buttons; and is mounted on the surface of the door panel. So you will have duplicate door lock/unlock buttons, unless you replace the black plastic where the current lock/unlock buttons are.

I wanted it badly, miss it a lot. But it is a lot work, so I didn’t bother.

I had compared the Mav seats to my ‘20 Escape, which had memory seats, and underneath the seat bottoms are the same. So you could also find a set of those and do a ‘simple’ swap to get power seats.
Memory seats ? That's sounds interesting, don't gonna do it, but definitely see the convenience on having it.

Passenger side seat here .

Ok, so for those slow on the uptake (me), these Focus seats are a complete bolt-in replacement for OEM XL seats? Simply un-bolt the current seats from the frame rails, un-plug the harnesses, and reverse the install for the ST seats?
