Ordered the FWD w/4k in July. Had the build date of 8 Nov. Reordered on 22 Sep with the AWD offer from Ford. Received the new build date of 29 Nov. Ford threw me a bone, so I gave a little back and added the FX4 pkg. XLT AWD w/4k and FX4. Silver, 360, spare tire, 400W, rear window, and 235 tire upgrade. Gwinnett Place Ford in Atlanta

Ordered in July, got free AWD with your 4K tow, and a November 29 build date....you're doing a lot better than some folks around here!

When you put in the re-order, do you know if your dealer amended your original order or sent a whole new order? If it was a new order, did he confirm you would still be eligible for the $2200 private offer?

On The reorder . The AWD was a separate new order. Already had a VIN on the FWD. And yes, the whole Maverick community shakes our heads at the Hybrid orders. It seems several different things have slowed everything down. If the CVT works well, the Hybrid will be awesome. On a separate note. Have read quite a few threads about the sport mode. Have a 2020 Escape AWD Ecoboost 8 speed. Took the stock Escape to the dragstrip. My neighbors son made four runs on 87 octane, back to back, with no cool down period. Runs 1 and 3 in normal mode- 6.4/13.6 and 6.5/13.7. Runs 2 and 4 in sport mode- both the same- 6.6/14 flat. Two weeks later, on the Dyno. On 87octane. 211 hp/223 lbs at the wheels. The torque graph from 1500-4500 rpm was small block V8 worthy. Only 12 additional lbs of torque from 6000-7000. Normal mode shifts at 5900. Sport mode shifts at 6800. Only would use the slippery mode when we have the ice storm and us Georgia driver's don't know how to drive. Lol
