Anyone else park their truck in the garage after a fill up (no top off) and next day go in garage and get hit with gas fumes?

Read my post again and you will see I said that I don't top it off.Do you stop filling at the first click of the pump? I don't have my truck yet, but others have reported it when topping off another click or two - the pressurized hybrid system does not like that. I believe it overwhelms the canister.
That's what I get for reading before morning coffee. I would see if you dealer can do an evap test then, as others stated here. Sounds like the fuel tank issue or perhaps a faulty canister.Read my post again and you will see I said that I don't top it off.
A down side of a pressurized fuel tank I suppose. Glad you cured it.I had the fumes issue when filing up.
I tighten the two stainless steel clamps connection the filler tube to the tank. The area stayed wet with fuel until I went through two cycles of tightening the clamps and learning to not overfill by stopping the fuel delivery after the first pump handle click.
I never use more than the first pump click. I wonder if I'm having this issue more with the one gas station pump. I'm going to stick with a different gas pump until I get back to the dealer.I had the fumes issue when filing up.

Hey I missed it too. Context matters. Wasn't too sure what no top off meant in that context before I scrolled some more. That's what I get for reading before morning coffee.
