Ordered an XL on July 18, no word on that one. Prority code 12.

Ford chat today gave me this
“I show the order status of your Maverick is In Order Processing, Unscheduled- Clean. Your order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. It will then be scheduled and placed in the first available production week.” but does it mean it might schedule soon or is this just a reply everyone get to ”Stay Pumped”?

Got my 45 day letter also yesterday. Ordered Dec.2021, so now will be at least 2 years waiting on my hybrid Lariat. How big of a fool am I for waiting 2 years for a pickup order???

The order process is certainly broken at Ford. Dealer allocations appear to be the problem. Most dealers I've talked to don't really know how it works, or they're just unwilling to disclose their allocation.
I'm not waiting 2 years. I'll go shopping for a Colorado, Tacoma, Ridgeline or Frontier if my order doesn't get scheduled soon.

I got mine last week. Interesting that my brother and I ordered our trucks the same day and I have a lower order number than him but he got a build date and I didn't. Both are XLT hybrids, his has copilot 360 and mine doesn't.

What do you mean by lower order number? Did you order from the same dealer? Order numbers are not sequential throughout Ford and are only applicable to each dealership. The fact that your brother's had CP360 and still got selected over yours makes me think you ordered from different dealers and his dealer has more allocation otherwise it's just unlucky scheduling. There is no first come first served policy with Ford, it has more to do with dealer allocations and parts availability.

Small local dealer in Kansas. He has had some gas models scheduled that was ordered long after my hybrid.
