I went with the H&R super sport lowering springs after reading on here about the Eibach noises. Well after I installed my springs I was getting an annoying clunk up front. I double checked everything to make sure I didn't forget to tighten something. Thats when I got the idea to try longer swaybar endlinks. I got a cheap set adjustable endlinks just to try to see if they would eliminate the clunking. First thing I noticed after taking the stock endlinks off is that the swaybar is acting more like a torsion spring than a sway bar. I installed the endlinks adjusted to about 7/8" longer than the stock endlinks. After a few days now of driving around I am very happy to be noise free. The weird part is that the ride is so much softer now. Doesn't have that firm almost bouncy ride. The swaybar now thinks it is sitting at stock ride height and is not acting like a torsion spring. Just wanted to pass this information along.

I had a similar issue with my H&R's, but I didn't care for the ride. So I ended up going with Good-win-racing lowering springs. No more clunks and the ride is very close to stock.
Would you happen to have a link to the adjustable end links you used?

I believe the H&R are advertised as the lowest. The GWR springs have a small amount of rake, but to be honest I don’t really notice it. On their site it says front -2” and rear -2.6”.

Link to the end links? My installer put my new (updated) Eibach springs on along with my Scale adjustable links. He set them at 2" shorter than the stock links and it caused the sway bar to hit a pinch weld in the body he said when you turn the wheel all the way to the left/right. So he adjusted them up to make them longer and it stopped the hitting but they rattle like crazy for some reason. So he put my stock links back on and it is noise free but I would like to have a better end link because the stock ones are flimsy and can bend/break.

I posted the link above to the ones I am running currently. I am putting a higher quality set on now that I know that they work great. If your mechanic thought that shorter is what you needed, then I wouldn't trust him. The sway bar is at a fixed location. The link attaches to the strut. When you lower the truck. The endlink mounting point on the stut becomes further away from the sway bar. That is why the endlink needs to be longer than the stock enlink. About 7/8" longer is where I am at. This is the link to the endlink that I am going to install

So for this set you’ve linked, do you just set to the same size as factory and then add 7/8th inch?

Actually the godspeed ones that I linked were almost too long so they are adjusted as short as they can go. Which ended up being about 7/8" longer than factory.

Let us know how the install goes and if any adjustments need to be made . I’m having the exact same issue with the clunking. As I’m sure a lot of us are.

I've been running the godspeed ones for over a week now and they are doing great. Absolutely no clunks! going to order the superpro ones soon. As they are a better quality than the godspeed ones. But I am happy with the godspeed ones. But I will update when I install the better ones. But I do not forsee any issues.

I want to say thanks for this info, I don't have the noise problem but if this helps the stiffness in the ride quality (I was getting jealous of the eibach guys) then i may have to try these out. I will keep my eyes peeled for your updates & thanks again.

My installer didn't tell me I needed them, I ordered them thinking since it went down in height that the links would need to follow suit. After I ordered them I thought this very thing of them needing to be longer than stock, but it was too late. I have the stock links on now and it is fine, no noise to speak of. I will eventually get longer ones, if the need arises.

When were the Ford Maverick Eibach lowering springs updated? Should I be concerned?

The new front springs were updated a couple months ago if I am not mistaken. I had a whole thread on their springs for my truck, as did a bunch of others. If you aren't having the issue a bunch of us had, then I wouldn't worry. Some people were lucky enough to have no issues or sounds while some of us did. I have now had 3 different sets of springs on my truck in the 4 months I have had it, and the first two I had issues with. The new springs that Eibach sent me, no problems or noises whatsoever.
