apple car play question

when i have my phone plugged into the radio and carplay is going. how do you go back to the main radio page ? thank you for any help ive only had my truck for a few days.

Touch the Blue Ford Logo labled Sync

Or press the physical speaker button next to the volume knob. That takes you to the audio settings page and you can jump to other menus from there.
