I recently purchased (U2W Plus) Carlinkit 3.0/ 4.0 Wireless Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto Adapter Dongle for Wired CarPlay.
I plugged it into my Ford Maverick Laredo and it worked. No hassles, it just works whenever I turn oh the car.
