CYBER ORANGE Maverick Photos Thread

My dealer called today unexpectedly to tell me my truck arrived today! I was told October 10. Just got it home tonight and had to drive it in the dark. Only had time to snap a few pictures before I went through the long purchase process and sitting through all the upsell pitches. Build date was September 14. Mine is apparently the first Maverick in my whole county.

I was one who was especially concerned about the car being too yellow and I have to say the combination of metallic and the slightest amount of gold color to whatever orangeyness there is takes it enough of a step away from yellow that I am happy! It is a beautiful color.

Ceramic coating this color will make it standout.

I just contacted my dealer to change my vehicle from velocity blue to cyber orange. I really like the dark trim against the body.

I originally wanted to see the color in person, but they don't have one currently on the lot (a bronco cyber orange is scheduled to be on the lot at some point). So just like ordering my Maverick, sight unseen, I just decided to do it.

Does anyone know if I then get another email from Ford confirming the change?

I was firmly in the XL camp.. until I found out about Cyber Orange (I was late discovering the Maverick). I stepped up to XLT solely for this color, and I can't wait to see it parked next to our Havana Red tricoat Genesis G70.

Ordered mine today.

My agent called me this morning. He told me that he will have a Cyber Orange Bronco sometime on the lot that I can go to see in person and he would give me a call. He said I will really like the color. As we continued to talk he even suggested he will drive over to where I work to let me see it if he feels it won't be on the lot for long. He's really going above and beyond.

After seeing that 20% of the people on here ordered their Maverick as an XLT Hybrid in Area 51, same as I did, I HAD to change the color. Based on how great it looked on the Redline Review on YouTube, I decided to switch my Maverick to Cyber Orange. Now at least I won't see myself every time I turn a corner!!
