Order previewed. Odds of it being built?

Finally after 8+ months, my Hybrid order previewed recently. What are the odds it will be built after being previewed? I am at Priority 10, and have no idea of my Medium size dealers allocations. A good sign or just a glimmer of hope?

It's a good sign, but constraints could get you skipped over, so make sure your order doesn't have dumb constraint items you can just install yourself easily (like mud guards or tonneau cover). Hopefully you'll get good news in the next round of scheduling.

My constraints are XL, Hybrid, and Hitch. I want the truck as I ordered it. Ford claims trailer hitches and hybrids have increased capacity coming.

Your biggest issue is XL trim. Hopefully it will get scheduled, but it's only gonna be 15% of MY2023 production so they could very well declare balance-out of XL builds for the rest of MY2023 in the remaining scheduling weeks.

I do believe that the 2024 Ranger not being available with steelies was to add production for the Mavericks. All 2024 XL trucks come with the STX package standard.

So, what's "previewed"? Is it a thing or just another
new phrase the people at the order checking have put in their language so they can say something new other than the clean unscheduled rote?
So now we are happy and get butterflys at "previewed"?

I dropped the Hybrid and Hitch to help it get scheduled in the next 2 1/2 months left for production. Too many orders with that combination and it leaves me with only the XL constraint.

Previewed means the factory looked at it for purposes of scheduling. If the stars, allocations, and parts align they may schedule it.

Hitch will not be much of a restriction in July and later production. Increased capacity is coming.

Ford is saying that the hitch is still a constraint.

More hitches are coming though! That's part of the plan adding the 3rd shift in July.

I'm only going off of what they're stating to dealers, but if you want to believe otherwise, go right ahead.

You might have better luck trying to win the lottery.

Ranger is 6-bolt pattern, Maverick is 5-bolt pattern. Not the same rims, even if both are 17"
