Did you ever get this resolved? No kidding, but I'm on the edge of my seat wondering how this goes down since it is unusual for a rough riding Maverick
No I haven't had time. I'll try dealing with it tomorrow(Sun) or during the week when my list of "honey-dos" gets done...

Did you set up the FordPass app on your phone? Takes just a moment to check your tire pressure from the comfort of your living room sofa.

Check your tire pressure, you might have too much air in your tires. Others have had the same complaint and they had over inflated tires.
I was just about to say that. I noticed a somewhat harsh ride too and I noticed the other day my tires are inflated to almost 50 psi. I haven't dug out my gauge yet but I'll bet that helps

Maybe I'm explaining the symptoms wrong.... I feel more vibration coming from the road where it transfers to the steering wheel and the tire/road noise is louder. There is more stiffness when I'm when going down the road due to rough road textures and small pot holes. The Maverick doesn't to pull me side to to side when I hit the rough road or pot holes. I feel more of that with my old Ram. Some of what I'm feeling can be that I'm used to RWD on the Ram and the AWD Maverick has more stiffness/steering up the steering column. DW's 2008 Escape is AWD and it grabs the road better in turns(IMO) but that may also be it has Michelin tires and I assume it's heavier.
Thanks everyone, I appreciate your comments!
