AC stopped blowing cold air on my 2023 Maverick

Have less then 2500 miles on it, checked the fuse, looked fine. Anyone had this problem yet?
Took it to my dealership the next morning. Was surprised when service clerk said their maintenance shop was closed for next 2 weeks. When I asked her what I am suppose to do in the mean time her response was just take it somewhere else. (her attitude was leave me alone, don't care).

I called back later in the morning after 9am, and left msg with their service manager about the incident, no return call yet.

I ended up taking it to another Ford dealership, Grapevine Ford. They at least schedule me to bring it in as soon as they have a loaner car to give me when they look at it.

Wow, they seems to have destroyed their reputation. Recognized the name and couldn’t recall other bad reviews.
Service dept across the Ford empire are generally poor compared to other car companies. But, even after a disaster of recent dealership relationship still have a positive view of their service dept availability and results.

Sales Person called back this morning, said he would get me a loaner car ASAP so they could look at my truck. Waiting for that return call at this time.

Had this happen on other cars as well. A mechanic told me this is normal and happens sometimes, don’t remember what he said causes it.

I turn off my AC and cycle it back on again.
It’s reset itself both times.
The first time it took a couple tries and a few minutes. The next time it reset itself right away

They did not tell me, just said they ordered the part and fixed. took only a few hrs to repair, but took 2 days after the part came in because of their work load.
