Well, this thread was so positive I hate to say this. Its got a massive issue with resetting to backup values in all safety systems that I was white knuckles avoiding accidents on first real trip home It was resetting over and over all connected in UI dash related values. All 360 indicator’s stop working on its own and lane centering gave up trying to figure out had to hard brake and use horn to warn another driver in a very close call and that action caused radio to switch to an AM station with an obvious hiccup on screen.

Guess there is enough time past to admit this. I was a participant in Special Olympics for several year for learning issues.
And my school was forced to simultaneously place me in the gifted and talented program by the state based on my state mandate testing score.
I was extremely well liked in the Special Olympics population that they formed line managers to hug TexTX, yes a line formed to exchange hugs at regional events for years.
Finally State of Texas got its way, and I was guarding dropped from the support I was so used to at the other end of the spectrum and Placed in Gifted and Talented group solely.

Its only stress based. Late grade school and especially junior high was stressful.
High School was almost stress free.
Returned to Special Olympics as a helper with a group of my new friends in the G&T program to fulfill social service duties added to G&T program requirements.
Couldn’t explain the hug line, and why other random adults kept pulling me to participate in events, they didn’t get I was a helper now and G&T.

Now I'm wondering if your Mom lived in Cedar Park. My neighbor had a kid that went that same route... Great lady who taught math and physics, and was interested in pretty much everything...

I remember the place name, and its a strong connection And other details overlap. But if you get treated like a potato for a few years having to remember stuff like your parents name and address is not necessary when there is a laminated note with that information attached to your body.

They typically don’t mark up. There was to be no markup on my order, for sure. I was notified by Chris, the salesman. this morning that it had been delivered. I let him know that I didn’t want it. He can answer any questions about the price. I first tried to order in June of 2021, but had a terrible experience with another local dealer. I switched to Bluebonnet and reordered in October of 2021. It was a long, frustrating wait. I hope someone who likes this build can snag it and have an easier time than those of use who ordered early on.

I read an article somewhere on this site that stated the ordered price was only good for the person that ordered the truck. My dealer offered me a truck that the original orderer refused but the price was about $5000 higher.

Ok BlueBonnet Ford didn’t take the final offer.
We are back to agreeing the dissolution plan of our the original contract.
This is what was expected, and this is what they choose.

The final offer was going to COST me, not-to them in dealings with them.
reasonable men deal honestly.
I will demonstrate that I was reasonable and lost money on all attempts to save all deals, have all contracts met I did so to Save Bluebonnet from itself.

The common response, from Bluebonnet was to return to original simple exchange. That was not able to be done because they sold the truck:

That reasonable given its a Maverick. The sale truck and they are good about it. So the value of the Sale and my down gets returned to me.
The contract they made to sale my past truck is still valid.
They did not do so. Why? It will be self evident. You can draw any conclusion.
There was Two objects given that they are legally supposed to return (at same time) my Acceptance dissolves the original contract.
You cannot be forced to acceptance against your will.

Before this tale can even be finished they will attempt to FORCE my acceptance against my will. I will have that shortly.
This is the proof they THINK that they hold all power. They don’t I have the control over my actions. I don’t have control over over them. That will be very evident:

In all actions the sale of the blue maverick contract remains valid. The attempt to return Blue maverick ALSO demonstrates that they FORCED the person to accept that result unilaterally
