You gave them your blue Maverick as a trade-in and took home the red one, then they contacted you and said there was an "issue" with the financing and you needed to come back to get it fixed? In between, it seems clearly they then went and sold your trade-in. Now they want to "re-negotiate". If so, that's a scam dealers like to pull..

Please note that our actions delays Do not affect other contracts. They have the same 3 day period to cancel agreements CLEANLY. Note again when I was made aware that blue truck was sold.

Ok you haven’t contacted me back I am dropping of truck and keys under Texas laws. Sorry the hailstorm over night effected the truck blew a door open and got debris inside.

He's trying to describe something as if the people he's talking to already know a lot about the situation. But last we knew, he had apparently bought the Maverick listed in the OP... Sadly, it seems the deal went south and we may never know what transpired. Hope it all works out in the end...

They was still able to cancel other contracts under 3 day rule. CLEAN.
so truck SHOULD have been returned ( with my down check at same time )
That SALE no longer exist so the value of the Sale no longer applies.
They made no efforts to notify me on Saturday.
