I did get a $500 military rebate..but far less than the $2750 rebate promised…plus o got charged an $125 because I did not bring a check book ( I had brought just enough) and did not expect to have to pay $2750 more. No ATM or my bank around so they charged me 3% for my debit card charge of $2750. I’m not super happy.

I found out that you can get the private offer later. We had one not showing up for a customer. We delivered it without the private offer. It took about a week but finally received the certificate number and filed it with Ford. They sent us the $2750 and then we sent a check onto the customer.

Well they sounds like good news..I haven’t heard back from my dealer or inventory specialist yet.

My 2022 Maverick transitioned to a 2023 and I even got the Private Offer with the help of @fordvideoguy
My dealer is selling at MSRP.

I called Ford Marketing last week and they confirmed I had the PTO..I have the CODE and expiration date is 4/3/2023..

I hitched a ride up to my dealer 300 miles and went to pick up/buy..my PTO is NOT in COVP, but it was last week!
TOGETHER the dealer and I called ford who has “never seen a PTO just disappear) and after 2 hours of course they directed them to the Inventory specialist

Inventory Specialist is Out of the office. They left an emergency contact…my dealer called and left a message.

I’m literally stuck at the dealer!
Any ideas for help? Wow

Well they sounds like good news..I haven’t heard back from my dealer or inventory specialist yet.

I would reach out and make sure they are still trying to get the money for you.

@fordvideoguy my Mav(22 cancelled for 23) arrived yesterday (yay!) but when I asked about the $2750 private offer they are looking at me as if I'm crazy. They asked if I got an email or a certificate number (I have neither). Where should they be looking for my private offer?

Tell them to look it up in Smartvincent, they should be searching for available offers on all their customers. PM me your name, address, city, state, phone number, email address and I can look it up for you and get your certificate number. Sounds like they may have no clue how to find it for you.
