Sorry to bring back an old thread... but I have a similar issue... My USB-A port will charge my phone but CarPlay will not launch. On a rare occasion I can wiggle it around and it may launch.. but usually goes away in a few seconds. No issue at all with the C port. Should I take this to dealer...
For me, I have only had a shudder/shake when turning my mav OFF. It kept running for 3-5 secs after turning key to off position.
shake.... shudder... off.
Its happened intermittently 2-3 times since I got it only 2k Miles on it.
After 530 days I finally got my Hybrid XLT.. Have been loving these first 200 miles and adding wireless charging/Carplay, chrome lettering for the tailgate, switchback turn signals, SIBL, Carpet and tonneau) and have "mostly" figured out all of the controls and settings...

@fordvideoguy my Mav(22 cancelled for 23) arrived yesterday (yay!) but when I asked about the $2750 private offer they are looking at me as if I'm crazy. They asked if I got an email or a certificate number (I have neither). Where should they be looking for my private offer?

Its a previously scheduled 22 that was cancelled and converted to MY23 order at Priority 10. So still not positive on what to remove while we have the chance.
I call Customer Service every Friday and today's call wasn't super helpful BUT when I asked for advice on removing options that might...

Pretty sure @fordvideoguy said that MY22 production ends and MY23 production begins on Nov 23.
So yeah curious who is getting built that week? Have they been scheduled already?
So.... What I got from tonight's livestream was if you are converted 22 to MY23 scheduled in Jan that you shouldn't change anything on order. Don't drop hitch or soft cover or anything... amen.

The dealer thing is not going to happen.
I've been told to remove hitch and Spray in and also to to leave it in. So.... again nothing is crystal clear.

Man I HOPE that is true... I wish there was an option that said: Put the <insert option > on if you have it... otherwise build it without!
I also went in today and Dealer could see both orders with the 23 order locked. Funny thing is he insisted that the 22 order would get built because I have a VIN.. .(lol) I tried to explain what I have learned here... but he said he had NEVER ever seen a VIN created for an order and the car not...
