Private offer snafu at Granger Motors

I am picking up my Maverick today from Granger Motors.
I called Ford customer service to make sure my private offer is good to go and they yes.
A few minutes ago Granger Motors finance called to tell me there is a problem with my private offer.
They said it is on Fords end and they cant give me the $2750 I am supposed to get for being one of the rescheduled 2022 orders.
I was told I will have to wait for them to file an exception and get my check from Ford.
They also told me because of the private offer I would not able to take my Farm Bureau $500 off.
So now I am going to have to finance my truck for a lot more than I was counting on making my payments higher.
Has anyone else had this issue come up and did you get the money back from Ford?
Needless to say I am not real happy right now.
I had to wait all this time and now more problems.

I can tell you that Granger is not screwing you they have always delivered for me.

I didnt get it because I switched to a Tremor, but its all good since Im only paying $29420 for a dang Tremor!!

I had some of the same problems. Wait them out on the private offer, keep pressing. On the Farm Bureau offer, I got the same answer from the dealership and pushed it up to the Farm Bureau Ford program person.

The official that responded told me that the offers weren't stackable. I had to pick which one I wanted, which obviously was the PO.

I'm not saying they are screwing me. I'm saying I'm not happy.
I shouldn't have to wait and hope Ford holds up there end of the deal. If they don't then I'm out 17 months waiting and $2750 for the pvt. offer also the $ 500 Farm Bureau.

I just asked Tim Bartz from Long McArthur Ford on his weekly Facebook live, says they can stack Farm bureau and private offer. Thanks @fordvideoguy ....guy knows what he is talking about. Doesn't combine with xplan though.

I recently read the farm bureau offer has ended...besides, you had to accept delivery by Feb 1....could be wrong I hope, for you...
