yes, they say contact dealer; dealer says contact ford…order has been “in processing” with no vin or production date forever
I ordered on Oct. 3, 2021. I have been pushed back several times on production week. Now I'm a 23 with a production day of Jan 31. You should have had a VIN long ago.

Did you get a VIN in 2022? What is your build? And of course, there's the dreaded vehicle allocations...

i was converted from MY 22 to 23 in September...first communication from Ford on it...my dealership says they know nothing...very frustrating

I have a 10/26 order that is being built now and a 10/30 order still in priority 11. I don't think I will ever see that one.
I trust you had the Dealer convert your order into the 2023 model year? You should have paperwork or e-mails to confirm that. If not....my guess is that you are not in the order bank at all. Or the Dealer simply has no allocation.

I suspect my 10/26/21 order will never be scheduled or built either.

yes, I have order number, and sales code - have had since OCt. 2021...just no VIN...I want to see if I have the "oldest order without VIN out there award"
If your dealer converted your order to a new MY23 order in September 2022, you should have received a new confirmation email from Ford at that time.
@fordvideoguy mentioned in his video this week that at for least 456 rollover orders, the dealers have not completed the process properly, and left them at Priority 99, which means they will never get scheduled. It's worth checking on your current priority code and secondary status with Ford Chat (which always seems to have more info than the phone reps) to ensure your order is not one of these 456 in purgatory.
Good tip about asking Dealer and see what Customer Service says about Priority Code. If a 99, Ford will never build it. 19 or below is where you should be.

I'm still confused by this entire process. I see orders after mine that have been scheduled or built even though the orders are almost identical to mine. I have been a priority 2 since before Christmas and I still have not received a scheduled build date or VIN. I wish I could just sit down and talk with someone at Ford to review my order and understand if I could make any changes that would help get it built quicker. I tried to make a change a few weeks ago, but dealership said the priority would change from 2 to 11. So, I decided not to make the change. With an original order date of October 9, 2021 and still not receiving a build date even though they are scheduling into March is becoming extremely frustrating.
