I’m one of those… and I I got scheduledFor the three people that made the switch...
Rather be in the line that’s moving hahahaStill better to be in the shorter line.
Former Hybrid xlt. Now EB Xl. Scheduled today for Feb. 6. Changing trim and engine worked I guess. Sure as hell wasn’t getting anywhere riding the hybrid train for 15 months.Former Hybrid XL order here, just got my scheduling email for my now XLT Eco.
485 days here - ordered a Hybrid Hot Pepper XLT w/ lux on 9/14/2021I feel your pain. I ordered mine over 480 days ago......
I guess I should have done the same. My truck itch is getting stronger today than the MPG itch lolCongrats! I did the same thing on the same day. We got lucky !
Man… do I understand that. Im rolling around in my beater, a 96 mazaba b3000. So trust me when I say, I understand. I rather be getting 10 MPGs less and be in the truck than not.I guess I should have done the same. My truck itch is getting stronger today than the MPG itch lol
I mainly drive city but at some point the car is going to die.Man… do I understand that. Im rolling around in my beater, a 96 mazaba b3000. So trust me when I say, I understand. I rather be getting 10 MPGs less and be in the truck than not.
But make the best decision for you and your situation. If you drive mainly on the highway it may be worth it
I’m in a similar boat. Mainly city driving but I’m running a tired but faithful CRV and don’t know how long that will last. I only drive like 5k a year with it so the hybrid isn’t gonna save me much. If my hybrid order happens to get built maybe I can trade the EB in and not loose anything if the market holds up.I mainly drive city but at some point the car is going to die.
I ordered my XLT EB alto blue with hitch on Sept 19, 2022. Just got the email from Ford that my Ecoboost is scheduled for production the week of February 13, 2023. I am one step closer to getting my new truck.![]()
Per Tommy Brogan, only hybrids will be scheduled this week. That's... Unexpected. Has this happened before?
My first instinct was Ford attempt to get a bunch of hybrid orders to see, at week end, that they'll probably NEVER be scheduled, should switch to EB?
I ran the mpg numbers, drive 25,000 miles a year, 80% highway. switching from hybrid to eco will cost me $40 more a month in gas. Got scheduled today versus probably not getting the truck for a year or more and surely paying more for it.Man… do I understand that. Im rolling around in my beater, a 96 mazaba b3000.
