Maverick XL w/ Steelies lowered on Silver's NA "superlow" coilover kit

Went with the Silver's NA "superlow" coilover kit. This is about as high as I can set the rear without the helper springs being wiggly, so I set the front to a similar height. I'll be lowering it some more when the new wheels are put on... the suspension is a bit stiff, as expected from a lowering kit. When I have a spare moment I'll move all the coilover settings to "soft" to see if it makes any ride quality difference.

They really did. I'm from the mid-80's to late 90's mini truck ages. About the time they started going INSANE with paint, body, airbags, custom fabrication, etc. I kind of lost interest, but never the love for it.

I miss the days of simple, daily driven, static slammed and tastefully modded minis.

I have pics of some of my stuff on a thread called "My '23 arrived, let's lower it." Or something like that.

So far, the other things I've done are just basic... my trademark "imperfekt" vinyl windshield banner and 20% tint all around.

After fooling around with FORScan a bit regarding the Auto Start/Stop, I decided to pitch the $100 at the Autostart eliminator that was recommended. Found a discount code for $10 off and no tax, so it ended up being $89 shipped, pretty good imo.

I've also got footwell lighting LED's that I'm going to tap into the ambient light under the USB plug in the phone area of the center console, so they all work off of the one OEM control on the touchscreen.

Aside from the new wheels which are currently sitting in the garage, and possibly an 8" Alpine PWE-S8 subwoofer unit, I think she's pretty much perfect as-is.

Hopefully it's not against the rules I think I have some pics. The bed was something I just kinda pieced together with sheetmetal in the shape of a T. it has bracing underneath and has hauled stone, brush, 50cc dirtbikes, etc... here's a pic with the All-terrains and suspension at max flex. It almost rubs up front... and some pics of the construction.

So, after talking with Silver's on the phone, I re-did the rear springs. They feel a lot better now, but this is still about the max ride height of the "superlow" kit. I like it, and will be lowering it more when I put the new wheels on.
