The United road website does nothing for me.

Where is your truck in the process and what are you trying to do specifically? I outlined what needs to be done in an earlier post. You cannot use a desktop browser, for me it would only work on a mobile browser. If done correctly you should be able to see if your Maverick is "inactive" meaning it either hasn't reached the rail yard yet or if it has, it hasn't been scheduled for pickup from the rail depot or "pending pickup" with an estimated pickup date if it has been scheduled for pickup.

My XL does not have rings in the bed surface either. I dropped my bedliner in July and they in order to do that they had to change a selection in the order - this came directly from Tim because my dealer did not know how to take off the liner, "have them select the Cleat Tie-Down Kit A. When you have any of the liners you are required to choose the Cleat Tie-Down Kit B..." So @paneubert your rings are correct, but this makes me think the liner-less beds should have rings/cleats too (kit A)? I am curious now...

Ok. So that might explain it a bit. June 30th/July 1st I was trying to remove the drop in liner from my order. Dealer did all sorts of shenanigans and added a spray in when removing my drop in. Or something equally stupid (since spray in at that time was still very constrained). After a lot of back and forth they got the drop in back in the order and I said "forget I even asked". Maybe somehow in that multitude of changes they added the cleats/rings in the bed. It is NOT on my window sticker though. So that is intriguing.

I have an iPhone but I use Chrome on it because I hate Safari.

Well I just tried it on an iPhone. It lets me do more with the capcha, but gives 0 information with my VIN.

I would assume United road is not the one picking up my truck From Kansas City to Granger

Worked for me...but I agree this seems to be a glitch in the matrix. Once you assign the dealership to your 'account' you can see ALL orders going to that dealership which is probably not good...This may come back to bite us all who were able to get an account!

It's not really an account, you're just associating your email with that dealership's deliveries. I've had the ability to look at deliveries for 9 months now with no issues.

I've never seen any other company for the Maverick but it's a possibility. Anything is possible with Ford.
