Problem with Lane Keeping ( Maybe ) Loud Clicking - Anyone Else ?

Lariat Hybrid w/Lux 360 - 3500 miles. Went on a trip halfway through the clicking started. finally figured out there was a loud click over 40 MPH when going over line. Adaptive cruise on or off no matter. Lane Keeping on or of - no difference. With everything else off it still clicks an the " you need rest " alert comes up if I go over too many lines. When changing lanes with cruise off - clicks even with turn signal on - any one else experience this ?

Not sure...but the "You Need Rest" is working properly if you keep crossing the lines without signaling or making a full lane change, poor little reminder is just trying to save your life and others on the road. It has no idea you're testing looking for the cause of clicking

lol its not the reminder -its the loud clicking that just started that is a concern.

I sure was hoping someone that has a lariat luxe 360 could do a little experiment on their truck to see if it makes a click when you go over one of the lines or exactly what happens.

If nobody answers your question quick enough, you can try looking at the used Mav market for a truck similarly equipped to yours and take it on a test drive to see if it makes the same clicking noises

If you try to go over the line with lane keeping or lane centering the steering wheel shakes. You can set the intensity in the settings.

I do not noticing any clicking. The wheel shakes/pulls slight.

User manual doesn't mention any kind of clicking in its description of the feature. Maybe some kind of issue for your dealer to check out. I haven't done any highway driving in mine so far, nor even looked at the settings,

Did you watch the video I posted on my issue ? With the Lane keeping off ( the switch is on the end of the turn signal ) I still experience a loud click every time I go over a line over 40 mph.

Thanks, anytime I hit over 40 mph it clicks when going over a line.

I'll pay more attention tomorrow, i get a vibration but don't remember a clicking sound. I'll check it out
