Climate control no display even with 6k option

I have Lariat Hybrid with lux pack.
Based on all the pictures online i should have a split climate control with digital displays on both dials.
I didn’t notice this until a week or two after owning the vehicle.
Take a look at the pictures of what I have vs what I’m supposed to have in my truck.

I saw a coworker who has a lariat and has the dual screens.

Nah I will sell it to a sucker for 50k. Honestly not worth it. Planning to trade it up for something way above its price range.

This was never spelled out as a feature anyway. You assumed it would be present based on marketing renderings buried under legalese.

And you were able to test drive the vehicle before committing to purchasing it, if this bothers you that irrationally.

You don't need numbers anyway.

Mine just does "too cold and too hot". The single number for my single zone is just "approximate". Like "approximately 70 degrees, plus or minus 10 to 20.

Escape lost it start of MY2022 as well.

Hasn’t bothered me enough to find a module with the screens to replace it. Plus, I’d rather get that new 13.2” Sync 4 unit retrofitted from MY2023 Escape…. That has climate moved to a bar on the bottom of the touch screen so I’d always have the temps visible.
