I didn't think you could get a VIN without being scheduled? So you are scheduled, maybe? Have you tried the VIN tracker?

I agree it is totally weird that I got scheduled and older orders are still pending but 'scheduled' might not mean all that much, lots of people have been 'scheduled' and repeatedly pushed back. Scheduled just means the order is in the queue and they are trying to assemble parts for it. When that actually happens? Who knows.
No I'm one of those that got a vin, then my order got canceled and then moved to 2023. Right now I'm at 13 months waiting

Ordered January 27th, 2022. Converted to 2023. Received email today (11/03/2022) @ 03:32PM Order Confirmed (9/22) and now Scheduled for Production and scheduled for week of December 19th, 2023. Also have VIN... XLT 360 AND LUX PACKAGE, FULL SPARE TIRE DROP-IN BEDLINER, 2. OL Eco boost Engine, Iconic Silver Metallic. Hope to see it in January,2023 for my birthday. Maverick David.

Just got the same email. Honestly did not expect anything for 6 months at least. Kinda excited but I'm sure the rollercoaster has a few dips in it yet...........

Just received the same today. Build week 12/19. 2022 rollover order. Original order 1/27/22, reordered 9/16. XLT lux AWD FX4 in 🌵 gray.
Any idea what priority code you were @ dealer ? I have 2 economist fwd original order dates of 1-17-22 & 1-27-22 nothing yet from Ford. Dealer had me at priority 19....congrats on build date!

And some got pushed back and back and back........ If Ford gets the rollover mess a little bit straightened out some of these new MY23's may get pushed back also to build rollovers. Not wishing anything bad on anybody. Just saying....

It is pretty insane. I ordered 9/15/21. Had a Vin. I’m cancelled waiting for. 2023 order to magically appear in the system while newbies to the Maverick are getting scheduled. Insane.

I think I'm going to cry. Ordered 10/30/21 with vin. Nothing against the people getting scheduled but this is like a gut punch.

Man do these schedule rollouts feel like a kick in the dick
This is crazy I can't believe this is really happening. Almost a full year behind our orders and we have lost our VIN and have no idea when we will be scheduled. makes you sick to your stomach.

Yeah that's crazy. Feel for you. I read Ford is having trouble rolling those over because the "order number" isn't unique, just a salesperson assigned number. So they have both 22 and 23 orders with the same "order number" and no way to distinguish them. I haven't written any code in 20 years but even I know better than that. They sent out a message to dealers to check and make sure any new 23 orders had different numbers than any existing 22's.
