We were in North Carolina picking apples this morning when my phone rang and it was a 'Greer' listing, so I answered. It was my sales rep telling me the good news! Picked it up this afternoon and just 'HAPPY' that I finally have it! Only drove it from the dealership to home, about 5 miles or so, but, like, I mean, giddy, giddy, giddy!

Our railcar has been in Avon Indiana for the last 2 days and our estimated arrival at Dixiana South Carolina is 11/3 per CSX. Trying to remain positive but that doesn't leave much time for it to be hauled from there to the dealership before we head south.

Must have been on the same train as mine. Unloaded in Dixiana on 11/3. My last check with Ford Chat yesterday had an ETA at Vic Bailey in Spartanburg of 11/11. I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

We are new to SC, live in upstate, Greer. Had to look at map to see where Sumter is. Hopefully in the next year wife and I can make it to the coast, see Charleston and maybe Myrtle Beach?

So just curious from any Maverick owners in the upstate: how long did it take from when your truck shipped from Mexico until it arrived at your dealer? I know the amount of time will vary but just trying to get a general idea. Thanks.

Mine departed Mexico on 10/17, arrived in Dixiana, SC on 11/2, scheduled ETA in Spartanburg on 11/11. We’ll see! Hope that helps.

It took 11 days for mine once it landed in Dixiana to make it to my dealer in Greer.

Must have been on the same train as mine. Unloaded in Dixiana on 11/3. My last check with Ford Chat yesterday had an ETA at Vic Bailey in Spartanburg of 11/11. I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

Yes, our trucks were probably on the same train . I'm glad that you made your post because it caused me to call Ford chat right now and see if they had any updated information regarding delivery to the dealership.

On 11/2, I received an email from Ford saying that the estimated delivery would be 11/30-12/6 !!!! but I think they automatically added 4 weeks to the prior ETA. Ford Chat today said that our updated delivery ETA to Anderson Ford was 11/5-11/11. That sounds way better even though I didn't like it when they said that our truck hasn't even been assigned to a car hauler company yet. . Who knows?

I just put new all weather floor mats in mine. The factory ones were missing the front passenger side, and who knows when they will come in? I had these already, cover underneath the gas pedal, that's why I went with them.
Are you going to pull the Mav behind the RV, or drive both? Good Luck and maybe next year we can meet up and get to know one another.
