So, after 477 days I finally picked up the Maverick (details in signature) on 10/19/2022.

First drive 214 miles from dealer to home - So far I am impressed!

Fit and finnish is pretty damn good
Roomier than expected
Quiet - no squeaks, rattles, etc.
More than adequate power
Sound system pretty good - took a few minutes to dial in the sound settings. I have heard worse at this price level
47.3 MPG (display) on the trip home - for comparison the RAV4 (2.0 L 4 cyl.) we drove up and back to pick up the Maverick averaged 30.3 (calculated)

Only complaint, the driver's seat...way to firm for my skinny butt. Hope it breaks in quickly!

Dealer (Capitol Ford, Santa Fe NM) was very easy to deal with. Order date MSRP, no ADM, no high pressure pitch to buy Maintenance/Warranty products. All in all, possibly the best dealer experience

Funny you mention the driver's seat. I am finding it cushy compared to the park bench in my Chevy Bolt

Man! Everyone loves the Cactus Grey.

Nice truck.. Glad to hear it's rattle free.

For me, I'm sure the stereo will be an upgrade to the 4 speaker setup in my Nissan Frontier XE (bare bones truck).

Very happy for you! Love the color, too. One question: how many times did you get up in the middle of the night to look at it to make sure you weren't dreaming?

Thought it was a Maverick? FoMoCo even outsources its forum posts.

Compared to the buckets in my Mustang the Maverick seat is like a rock 😕

Did wake up the first night home - to make sure it was still where I parked it :D
