Quick observation and all I ask is that you internalize it for a moment before you yell at me for posting LOL.

The wait has been extremely long, a year plus for some, there have been many frustrations and poor communication as well. All that has caused what appears to be some shorter fuses than need be; what are you talking about you say?

Well, it seems lately that some of the responses to a lot of folks posts have been short, or irritated undertones, even a bit brash. I think folks should keep in mind there is a new batch of orders in, new fans of the Maverick, and new owners. Some folks have questions that yes have been answered before or that may seem basic but weren't we all there?

Besides, what else are we gonna do with our time?? Hahaha

Ok, now you can persecute me, I have thick skin, go for it :)

In my year and a half here I've read a half dozen or more of posts just like this. Guess what? Nothing changes.😥

You are right. People are too quick to snap. Also the default answer to many legit questions is "you wait"... How about answering the question, pointing where to go, or not responding?

People also want to vilify Ford like they are doing this on purpose. I am no fan boy, they have done plenty wrong. But this is a new model, new sales approach, in unprecedented times for manufacturing difficulties. Just know you will have to wait. And Ford has thousands of orders to process so expecting a ton of updates is setting yourself up for disappointment.

It makes you wonder how many Ford customer service people quit over trying to answer everyone. I bet turnover there is high.

I have hit 1 year.... of owning mine haha. 21k and only issue I have had was a bad seal on an electrical plug that ford fixed and since the no issues. But I also had stupid luck since I didn't order mine just bought it from a dealer in October of 21. I might experience some pain when I order the 2024 or 25 model though

It is often said that the best things in life are worth the wait. I can remember waiting 9 months to pick up a new 1971 Boss 351 Mustang ordered through the PX and picking it up on Friday August 13, 1971 the day after I got back in the States. As long as I'm on the top of the dirt, I'll wait looking forward to the moment I actually do pick up my Maverick. While I'm waiting I'll just enjoy the coffee and smell the roses, remember life is good and enjoy it.

I think we are all victims of the "Instant Gratification" we have become used to. We are used to walking into any store and getting what we want. I have been guilty as many of you have of venting my frustration and anger. In the overall scheme of things a truck or car isn't the end all of the world. R-E-L-A-X.
