Does the Pro X15 interfere at all with the sliding tie-down rail system in the bed?

Not sure, but I don’t think so. It mounts above it. Here’s a pic of the driver’s side of the bed. You can see where the rail would go. Those clamps are out and above it.

I liked my X15 a lot for the looks aspect, but I got more and more annoyed that I had to open the cover every time I wanted to close the tailgate, and then close the cover. So much so that I switched to a hard cover and have been enjoying that much more.
I was wondering if this would be an issue, but it's not a problem for me. A simple click of the button opens the latch, then a slight press closes it back.

I went a different direction. I went with the Ford Tri Fold and I installed it this afternoon in about an hour Because my reading glasses were dirty And I was a 1/8 inch off. It sits higher than the one you bought. I wanted a rubber seal around the edges to keep dust out of the bed. I also purchased a F-159 tail gate seal kit I will install it in the morning To help keep the lime stone dust out of the bed When driving on gravel roads. Yours was my second choice. The Tri fold has some bows in it for snow and water weight. Looks nice and sits flat around the parameter.
If you are worried about dust, keep in mind the entire sides of the bed have gaps for drainage. Look between the wheel well and the bed floor, some trucks it is easier to see than others.

Just food for thought.

Just bought this cover for my Maverick. Can't get the cover to latch shut when the tailgate is in up position. Already tried repositioning rails and made sure there was a 3/8" gap on each side of rail towards cab. Latch is just not engaging when the tailgate is up but works when tailgate is down. Any suggestions?

@Oceanminded My only suggestion is check the velcro strip that rides in that long slot. Roll the cover all the way open, then slide the velcro strip back towards the cab so that there’s a half in gap at the tailgate end. Then re-roll it closed and retry to latch it. When I first installed mine, the velcro caused a problem like the one you’re describing.
