Spray-in liner is time and manpower intensive. My uneducated guess it its not the material that's constrained, but that Ford's opted to ignore an option that meaningfully extends the time to complete production.

Even if its a material shortage though... you do realize the time you're living in, right?

Lack of resources people and materials. Throw in a lack of trucking/transportation and some crazy weather.
Planning is one thing, procuring is the challenge. I live it every day. No excuses, just reality.

Maybe try not to order 3 months before production begins during a worldwide shortage of materials and then expect your vehicle to be ready right away?

Did the manufacturer of the chemical used in the spray-in shut down because of flooding? AKA no chemical=no spray-in. And I can bet Ford isn't the only company that uses that chemical.... So how could they plan for that? If you're so impatient then go buy something else and give someone else who isn't a whiner your spot
