Put MY23 order in but still have not received a conformation email

Hi,
New to the forums. So I went to my Ford Dealer on Monday 9/19 to get a MY23 order placed but still have not received a conformation email from Ford. Is anyone else still waiting on a conformation email?

OK. so this seems to be an issue with a number of orders then. What a surprise .....

If you have an existing FordPass account, make sure you didn't opt out of email communication.

I never did receive an email on my 23 order, but I now have a VIN and an estimated build week of Dec 12th. I suspect they didn't enter it correctly. At least now we know just because you don't get an email doesn't mean you won't get built.

I did order mine on 9-18. Should have done it on 9-15 but the website hadn’t even updated for you to see the new options but yes I did get my email. I would ask the dealership and the guy that put it in there for you to make sure that it went through. I did have to put $1000 down.
