Anyone else have VIN number but haven't received Ford email for scheduling?

Hi all,

Anyone else in the same boat where the dealer gives me a VIN number (and claimed a schedule of 9/13) but no email is received from Ford for confirmed scheduling? I did have a Ford email for order confirmation.

This is what I see at "https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/status" using the VIN number, for those who did get a Ford email for confirmed scheduling, do you see the same thing or different?

Yes I am in that exact same boat. When my dealer gave me the VIN, he also sent me a screenshot of an internal portal that shows it was scheduled for the week of 9/13. I ordered 7/8 and got a confirmation email from Ford same day but have not received any scheduling emails from Ford.

Your screen above is exactly what I see and it's also weird bc it doesn't list all of the packages I have. But if I use the VIN tracking tool on the forum, it lists all the packages and options correctly.

Same situation here as well. My dealer gave me a call earlier this morning prior to the emails being sent out and notified me that I had been scheduled for the week of 9/13 and gave me the VIN. On the Ford order tracking site, I see the same info as your screenshot.

Got my initial order confirmation 5 minutes after placing my order back on 6/11. Glad to know that I'm not alone here.

Put your Vin in the vehicle tracker on this forum. It will update with info on ur order. Also can upload ur Vin and order conformation code on ford.com to get info I got what yall did at first and used that to get the rest of the info

Hmmm, nothing here but an order confirmation. Ford.com account says no reservations and no orders.

I called Ford Customer Service TODAY and she said the system is screwed up. They have my order and I did receive that email. She said when it Schedules you'll get another email. Which we all know.

Then she said I should be receiving my VIN in the next week or so. Not really sure how long or so is but she swears I'll get a VIN soon.

I'm in the same situation. I have a VIN (from Ford marketing), but no scheduling email. I've messaged my dealer, but no response yet. Ordered June 16

I got my vin and schedule in the same email. Being as I ordered this week and already have a date, unless you have a loaded one you should be good.
