Already Pushed Back A Week

I stopped in at my dealer four days ago and was told my priority code had been changed from 19 to 02 and that I had a build date of Sept 26th. I was so excited I forgot to ask what my VIN was, so today I called Ford Customer Service and found out that my build date has already been pushed back a week to Oct 3rd. I've only had a build date for four days and I've already lost a week. Somehow that just doesn't seem fair.

EDIT & UPDATE - Today (Sept 2nd) I received an email from Ford telling me my truck was in production and my build date is (drum roll please) the week of Sept 12! I like it when it goes in this direction. If it doesn't change again, I should be driving my new truck in early/mid-November.

Received my VIN on June 29th, told build date was week of August 22. A couple of weeks later, build week pushed to week of August 29th. A week or two later, build date pushed to week of Sept. 5th.
Today received my first email from Ford, other than the 'we received your order' email last Oct, and this email today was the 'your truck is in production and will be built the week of Sept. 19th.

I am excited! I am hopeful to have my truck sometime in Oct, which would be about a year since I ordered it. Lariat Lux hybrid.

I’ve been “scheduled” with a vin since April 20th. Current “build” date is September 2nd(odd, this is my first date that isn’t a Monday so maybe it’s my last)

if it's not a Monday, then
that's your 'build-to-day" date for that scheduled week . meaning that's the day it's supposed to actually go on the line.

Get used to it unfortunately to say lol. Been scheduled with a vin since April and been pushed back all the way to this week, still in production as of now so we will see

Everyone typically gets pushed out 3 or 4 times.
